Refill your Horizon eSIM

Out of data? Keep your eSIM installed. Connect to Wi-Fi or another data connection to add a plan.

  1. 1. Open My eSIMs and find the card for the eSIM installed on this phone.
  2. 2. Choose Top up for the same destination, or Add country for your next trip. Review the plan and the target eSIM.
  3. 3. Complete payment and return to Horizon. The new plan follows its activation rules; you do not need a new QR code for a supported top-up.
