What the current Europe package covers
The 33 covered countries are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
For a London–Paris–Amsterdam journey or a Germany–Austria–Italy route, the same allowance can serve every covered leg. Switzerland is also on the list, which matters for a stop in Zurich between neighbouring countries. The allowance is shared across the whole trip; crossing a border does not reset it.

These are fixed total-data packages, with no daily reset or recurring subscription. The 1 GB / 7-day option costs €0.04 less than 30 days; the 3 GB options cost the same for 15 or 30 days. Choose the validity that covers your trip.
A week-long trip can use a 30-day plan; choose the allowance around your expected use. The 10 GB / 30-day Europe plan costs €7.27. If you need 20 GB, the 30-day option costs €14.37 and the 90-day option costs €14.37; choose the validity that covers your trip.

Horizon is lower-priced in the matched plans up to 20 GB. Nomad’s observed 50 GB sale is €5.49 lower than Horizon’s €35.64. Its 35-country option includes Gibraltar, San Marino and Vatican City, while Horizon’s 33-country list includes Ukraine. Compare the actual stops rather than choosing only by the headline country count.
Where Holafly fits
Holafly’s Europe product advertises unlimited data for a selected number of days and lists 33 countries, including Andorra. Its page also specifies 1 GB per day of hotspot sharing. The same country count does not mean the same country list, and unlimited phone data is a different offer from Horizon’s fixed total allowance.
If you expect heavy daily use, check Holafly’s full price for your trip length and its current usage conditions. For a trip that fits a known data budget, Horizon’s fixed-data choices make the total allowance and price explicit. Compare those two buying decisions fairly; a one-day headline price is not the cost of a week abroad.

Horizon’s fixed-data Europe plans allow hotspot use on compatible devices, with shared data counting toward the purchased allowance. They are data-only plans, so a traditional phone number and SMS allowance are not included. Network availability and speed depend on your location, device and local conditions; a supported country does not promise signal in every tunnel or mountain valley.
