Albania country plans with the same validity
Each amount buys a total allowance lasting 30 days:
- Horizon Albania: 5 GB €3.39; 10 GB €6.61; 20 GB €13.03.
- Nomad: 5 GB €10.45; 10 GB €18.30; 20 GB €28.75.
- Airalo: 5 GB €12.00; 10 GB €20.00; 20 GB €27.00.
- Saily: 5 GB €11.49; 10 GB €19.49; 20 GB €26.49.
For 10 GB, Horizon is €11.69 below Nomad (€18.30 − €6.61), the next-lowest checked offer. This compares prices and allowance, without claiming identical reception or service.
For a shorter stay, Horizon's 5 GB / 7 days costs €3.19. The 30-day version costs only €0.20 more. Cover the day you arrive through the day you leave; a seven-night holiday can span eight calendar dates. Follow the plan's stated activation and expiry rules rather than equating nights with validity days.
What does regional coverage add?
Horizon's Balkans 10 GB / 30 days costs €11.68, which is €5.07 more than Albania 10 GB / 30 days. Its checked country list is Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Turkey.
For Albania only, the country plan costs less. For an Albania–Montenegro–Croatia itinerary, the Balkan package supplies one shared allowance across those included countries. Crossing a border does not restart the 10 GB or extend the expiry date. Compare this with separate country purchases based on how much data you expect to use at each stop.
Horizon's checked Europe bundle excludes Albania and Kosovo. It is not a substitute for an Albania plan simply because your travel begins elsewhere in Europe. Adding Kosovo: show the whole price
You can add Kosovo through a separate Kosovo eSIM purchase with its own allowance, validity and cost. For example:
- Albania 10 GB / 30 days (€6.61) + Kosovo 5 GB / 15 days (€13.99) = €20.60.
- Balkans 10 GB / 30 days (€11.68) + Kosovo 5 GB / 15 days (€13.99) = €25.67.
Neither combination creates a shared 15 GB regional pool. The Kosovo allowance works for Kosovo and expires on its own schedule. Choose the first combination if Albania and Kosovo are your only stops; consider the second if the other included Balkan countries are part of your journey too.

Networks, mountains and ferry days
Horizon's Albania catalog lists One Albania and Vodafone Albania. Nomad lists Vodafone and One; Airalo's checked offer lists One Albania. Network names are published product details, not proof of identical reception in a particular building, mountain valley or road section.

Unlimited data and sharing with another device
Holafly Albania lists 7 days of unlimited phone data at US$36.50 in its official USD duration table. Its hotspot allowance is 1 GB per day, and temporary network fair-use speed reductions can apply. This is a different validity, allowance model and currency from the fixed EUR offers above; we do not use it in euro savings calculations.
Horizon plans allow free hotspot sharing without a separate daily hotspot cap. All connected devices use the purchased total. Before buying, include laptop uploads and a companion's use in that budget instead of counting only your own phone.
Nomad supports tethering, with stability dependent on device and network. Airalo allows it where device and network support it. Saily's Albania page states no hotspot restrictions or limitations.
