Snapshot checked 6 October 2026. The live panel above reads the current Horizon catalogue when available. This article records the prices below on one date, so a later live price can differ.
Method
For each destination, take the public EUR price of its 10 GB / 30-day plan and divide by 10. Round to two decimals only for display. All six rows now use the same allowance and validity. Coupons and future rewards are excluded. This is Horizon’s own catalogue, not a market-wide ranking or a network-speed test.
| Destination | Price | Price per GB |
|---|---|---|
| Montenegro | 6.47 € | 0.65 € |
| Albania | 6.61 € | 0.66 € |
| North Macedonia | 9.35 € | 0.94 € |
| Balkans | 11.68 € | 1.17 € |
| Kosovo | 18.19 € | 1.82 € |
| Global | 123.23 € | 12.32 € |
How to use the comparison
Choose coverage before price per GB. The current Balkans and Global plans exclude Kosovo; Kosovo needs its own plan. Separate purchases do not share data or extend each other’s validity. Regional data can be useful across listed countries, but buying unused coverage or unused gigabytes still raises the total bill.
Kosovo’s current 10 GB / 30-day plan costs €18.19, or €1.82 per GB rounded. Its smaller 3 GB / 15-day plan costs €8.49, or €2.83 per GB. The lower unit price of the larger plan matters only if its allowance and duration suit your trip.
Compare any home-carrier roaming offer using its actual total price, included data, coverage and contract term. This study makes no claim about a universal roaming cap or guaranteed roaming savings.
