Affiliate program terms

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These terms govern the Horizon eSIM affiliate program operated by LuShen L.L.C. (trade name LSHTech), business registration 812292598, Agim Ramadani C3/7, 10000 Pristina, Kosovo.

01

Joining the program

Applications are reviewed manually. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve, reject or pause an account based on relevance, quality, compliance or risk.

The standard offer is a 10% customer discount and 15% affiliate commission. Different written terms agreed with a partner take precedence for that partner.

02

Links and attribution

Approved partners receive a reusable link containing an affiliate code. A first-party cookie records the visit for 30 days by default. A different attribution window may be agreed in writing.

Attribution is based on the valid affiliate code stored when checkout begins. Only one customer discount applies; a larger eligible promotion may replace the affiliate discount without removing valid affiliate attribution.

03

Qualifying sales

A qualifying sale is an attributed order that has been paid, successfully provisioned and not refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, fraudulent or self-referred.

Commission is calculated on the net cash order value after discounts and store credit. Taxes, refunded amounts and non-cash credit do not earn commission.

04

Commission validation

The standard commission rate is 15%. Each order keeps the rate and validation period that applied at checkout, so later program changes do not rewrite past terms.

Commission remains pending for 30 days after the order by default. We may void commission for refunds, payment disputes, fraud, tracking abuse or a breach of these terms.

05

Payouts

Eligible commission is paid monthly after the approved balance reaches €50. Balances below the threshold roll forward. We will agree the available payout method and required payment details by email.

Partners are responsible for accurate payment details. Bank, transfer or currency conversion fees charged by a payment provider may be deducted where disclosed.

06

Disclosure and accuracy

Partners must clearly disclose the commercial relationship wherever a Horizon link or code appears and follow the advertising and consumer-protection rules that apply to their audience.

Product claims must be accurate, current and based on genuine experience. Complimentary review eSIMs must also be disclosed. Editorial opinions remain the publisher's own.

07

Prohibited promotion

Do not use spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, fake reviews, trademark impersonation, unapproved paid search on Horizon brand terms, coupon scraping or incentives that obscure the terms of the offer.

Affiliate links may not be used for self-referrals or placed on unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content.

08

Changes and termination

Either side may end the partnership at any time. We may pause tracking immediately for abuse, legal risk or material breach. Valid commission earned before termination remains payable after its validation period unless it is later voided under these terms.

We may update the public program terms. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated to active partners where practical.

09

Independent status and taxes

Partners act as independent contractors, not employees, agents or representatives of LuShen L.L.C. Partners cannot make commitments on our behalf.

Partners are responsible for invoices, tax registrations, declarations and taxes required in their jurisdiction.

10

Contact and governing terms

Questions, payout details and review eSIM requests should be sent to support@horizonesim.com with “Affiliate program” in the subject.

These terms form part of the Horizon Terms of Service. Kosovo law governs the program, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
