About Horizon eSIM
Horizon eSIM sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans. You pick a destination in the store, buy a plan, and install the eSIM on your phone.
Horizon eSIM is the consumer-facing brand. LuShen L.L.C. is the company that runs it.
What we sell
Horizon eSIM sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans in three shapes: country plans for a single destination, regional plans that list a group of countries, and global plans that list a wider spread of destinations. The plans are data-only. There is no phone number, no calls and no SMS included, so messaging and calling apps run over the data connection instead.
Every plan is listed with its data allowance, its validity period and the destinations and networks it covers, and those details sit on the plan page so you can compare them before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.
Plans are prepaid: you pay once, up front, and there is no subscription and no recurring charge. When a plan is used up you can buy another one, or add a top-up when the selected plan supports it.
How we source connectivity
Horizon does not own mobile network infrastructure. Plans are provisioned through established connectivity providers that hold agreements with local carriers in the destinations they serve. We buy those plans wholesale, set our own retail prices, and run the store, the delivery and the support ourselves.
That is worth knowing because it sets the limits of what we can promise. Which networks a plan can use is decided by the provider behind that plan, so coverage and networks depend on the selected plan, and two plans for the same country can list different networks. Destination pages list the supported networks for their plans where that data is available, and the plan details say what a specific plan includes.
We do not publish the names of the wholesale providers we buy from. Those supply arrangements change, a stale name on a public page becomes a claim we cannot keep accurate, and the network list that actually applies to your purchase is the one attached to the plan.
How this site's content is written
Every page here is written and maintained by Lurian Kasumaj: the destination pages, the travel guides, the help answers and this page. There is no content agency behind it and no syndicated filler.
The plan lists on destination pages are generated from the live plan data in the store rather than typed by hand, so a page cannot advertise a plan the store is not selling. The written sections around them are checked against that same data, and pages are updated when plan data changes, when a policy changes, or when a reader points out something wrong.
If you spot an error, email support and it gets corrected. That is the whole editorial process. It is small, but it is the real one, and we would rather describe it plainly than dress it up.
Reviews
Reviews on this site are written by travellers, never by us. A review we can match to a delivered order is published with a verified purchase badge; one we cannot match is read by a person before it appears, and it does not get the badge.
We do not pay for reviews and we do not offer discounts, credit or free data in exchange for one. Our Trustpilot profile is hosted and moderated by Trustpilot rather than by us, which makes it the harder place for us to influence, and the more useful one for you to read.
Languages
The store and support are available in English, Albanian, German, Turkish and French. Translation runs behind the English site rather than in lockstep with it: where a translated page is not ready, we keep it out of that language instead of publishing it half-translated, so a guide you can read in English may not exist yet in French or Turkish.
