Which destinations does the Balkans package include?
Read the destination list attached to the specific package before purchase. Regional offers can use different combinations, and the Balkans label alone does not define inclusion. Check every family address, overnight stop and transit point where you plan to use data. A neighbouring country is not included by association: if it is not printed on the list, treat it as outside the package even when the rest of the route is covered.
Is a regional plan useful for a Balkans road trip?

For any stop missing from that package, compare a separate destination plan before departure. Allow a few minutes past the barrier before deciding something is wrong, since the network name in the status bar usually changes first. If nothing appears at all, reopen the package details and confirm that the country you have just entered is on its destination list.
Can my home number remain active during the trip?
If the phone supports two active lines, you may keep the home SIM for calls and messages while selecting Horizon for mobile data. The home operator may charge for roaming activity. Disable mobile data and data roaming on the home line to reduce accidental use.
What should I choose when my itinerary includes Kosovo?
