There is no physical product, so there is nothing to track, sign for, or collect.
Where you receive your eSIM
In your account. Sign in and open "My eSIMs" to find every plan you've bought, each with its QR code and step-by-step install details.
By email. We also send a confirmation to the email address you used at checkout, with the QR code and a link back to your account.
Your account is the source of truth. Even if an email is delayed or filtered, the eSIM is always waiting for you under "My eSIMs".
How long delivery takes
Almost always within seconds. For the vast majority of orders the eSIM appears in your account immediately and the email arrives within a minute or two.
Occasionally a few minutes. During a payment review or a brief provider delay, delivery can take a little longer. Your account will update automatically the moment the eSIM is ready.
You don't lose anything by waiting — the plan's validity only starts when you install and connect, not when it's delivered.
If you haven't received it
Check your account first. Open "My eSIMs" — if your order succeeded, the eSIM is there even if no email arrived.
Check your spam and promotions folders. Delivery emails sometimes get filtered; searching your inbox for "Horizon" usually finds it.
Still nothing after a few minutes? Email support@horizonesim.com with your order number and the email you used, and we'll resend it or fix the delivery right away.
Installing and activating
Delivery and activation are two different steps. Receiving the eSIM is instant; the plan itself only starts when you install the profile and connect to a network.
Each plan in "My eSIMs" comes with a QR code and install instructions for both iPhone and Android. Scan the code or follow the manual steps to add the eSIM to your device.

No shipping fees
Because nothing is physically shipped, there are never any shipping, handling, or delivery charges added to your order.
