Will my phone work in every country?

What if I delete the eSIM by accident?
You can reinstall up to 3 times from your Horizon account. After that, reach out and we'll re-issue.
Can I top up an existing plan?
Yes — open My eSIMs, pick the country, and choose a top-up. It adds data and days to the same eSIM profile, no reinstall.
Can I use the same eSIM on more than one device?
No. eSIM profiles are bound to the device you install them on. Buy a separate plan for each device.
