Greater Caribbean eSIM: all 29 destinations and price comparison
Popular Greater Caribbean plans

Horizon Greater Caribbean brings 29 countries and territories onto one regional data plan. It includes Jamaica, the Bahamas, Barbados, Aruba, Curaçao, the Dominican Republic and the Guianas.

Prices and coverage checked 26 October 2026. Horizon's regular price is €3.09 for 1 GB / 7 days and €21.19 for 10 GB / 30 days. The matching offers checked from Ubigi and Saily cost more, as shown below. These are specific comparisons, not a claim that Horizon is the cheapest provider for every itinerary.

Every country and territory covered

The list below contains the 29 coverage entries in the Greater Caribbean catalog. Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba share one entry. Saint Martin (French part) and Sint Maarten (Dutch part) are separate entries. These are countries and territories, not 29 sovereign countries.

  • Anguilla (AIA)
  • Antigua & Barbuda (ATG)

  • Turks & Caicos Islands (TCA)
  • Trinidad & Tobago (TTO)
  • St. Vincent & Grenadines (VCT)

Bermuda and the Bahamas are Atlantic destinations on this plan. Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana are on mainland South America. Both Dominica and the Dominican Republic are included; they are different destinations. Read the current coverage and networks before checkout. Local reception varies by location and network.

Horizon, Ubigi and Saily: compare the same allowance and validity

All prices below were displayed in EUR on 26 October 2026. No currency conversion, coupon, affiliate discount, subscription or future cashback is included. We compared the named regional products, not the providers' cheapest country offers.

Regional eSIM1 GB / 7 days10 GB / 30 daysCoverage detail
Horizon Greater Caribbean€3.09€21.19All 29 countries and territories listed above
Ubigi Caribbean€7.00Not checkedThe checked 1 GB plan lists the same 29 territory entries
Saily Caribbean Islands€7.99€41.9929 entries; a different country list

For 1 GB / 7 days, Horizon is €3.91 (55.9%) less than Ubigi and €4.90 (61.3%) less than Saily. For 10 GB / 30 days, Horizon is €20.80 (49.5%) less than Saily. Percentages use the competitor's listed price as the denominator and are rounded to one decimal place. These savings apply to the quoted packages; the Saily comparison is useful only if your required stops are covered by both products. Equal destination counts do not prove equal coverage.

We checked advertised prices and coverage, not speed or reliability in the field. Prices can change. Open the linked provider pages and compare the final checkout total and country list before paying.

Which Greater Caribbean plan fits your trip?

The other checked Horizon options are 3 GB / 15 days for €8.79 and 10 GB / 7 days for €16.19. A seven-day and a thirty-day offer can have the same data allowance but a different useful travel window. Include arrival and departure days. For one island, compare its own country plan; a shared regional allowance is useful when your itinerary crosses several included destinations.

The previous Horizon Caribbean plan is retired from new sales. Its product URLs now lead to Greater Caribbean. The checked old prices were €4.99 for 1 GB / 7 days and €30.99 for 10 GB / 30 days. Greater Caribbean costs €1.90 and €9.80 less respectively. Existing purchases keep their original coverage and validity; a redirect does not upgrade or move an installed eSIM.

Using an eSIM on a Caribbean cruise

Greater Caribbean uses terrestrial mobile networks at covered land destinations. It does not include maritime or satellite connectivity and does not provide internet in open water. Ship Wi-Fi is a separate service. At sea, use airplane mode and turn Wi-Fi back on separately when using ship Wi-Fi; this also helps avoid unintended maritime roaming on your home line.

Check the jurisdiction of every port and private island, not just the cruise itinerary's marketing name. A beach cay is not a separate coverage country, and being near a covered island does not guarantee reception. Download meeting points, tickets and the return-to-ship time before leaving Wi-Fi.

Setup, hotspot and refunds

Use an unlocked eSIM-compatible device. Install over Wi-Fi, then follow the installation guide. Select Horizon for mobile data and enable data roaming on the Horizon line when you need it at a covered destination. Buying or installing does not start validity: the first connection to a supported network in a covered destination does. There is no deadline for first use.

Hotspot sharing is free on every Horizon plan. These fixed-data plans have no throttling; the allowance is finite. Horizon grants a full refund on request for used or unused plans, with no time limit. See the refund policy.

Sources and method

This comparison is written by Horizon, the seller of Greater Caribbean. Product lists and regular Horizon prices were read from the live catalog on 26 October 2026; competitor prices and lists were checked on the official Ubigi and Saily pages linked in the table, with EUR selected. Only matching allowance/validity pairs are ranked. We excluded discounts and reward credits and did not test network performance.
