Is Andorra–La Seu d'Urgell Airport inside Andorra?
No. It is in Spain, so the arrival and road transfer start outside Andorra. Keep tickets and pickup details offline, and arrange coverage for Spain separately if you need mobile data there.
Does a Europe eSIM necessarily cover Andorra?
