Choose for the route
Germany, Austria, Hungary, Serbia and Kosovo all appear in the checked Europe + Kosovo list. So do Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Croatia, Andorra, Moldova and the Faroe Islands. A listed country does not guarantee reception on every road or mountain trail. Download maps and travel documents before a remote crossing.
The standard Balkans package still excludes Kosovo. Balkans 10 GB / 30 days at €11.28 plus Kosovo 3 GB / 15 days at €8.49 totals €19.77. Europe + Kosovo 10 GB / 30 days costs €1.98 less for a route on its list. That buys a shared 10 GB, whereas the separate option provides 10 GB plus 3 GB with different validity periods. More total data is not the same as one shared allowance.
For a trip without Kosovo, compare the less expensive regional options too. Europe 10 GB / 30 days costs €7.27 but excludes Kosovo, Albania and Turkey. A regional name is not a promise about every European country. Check the exact list for the package you choose; buying Europe + Kosovo does not change an older Europe or Balkans plan.

Before you travel
Check your phone on the supported devices page and confirm it is unlocked. Install over a stable internet connection using the installation guide. Validity does not start until your eSIM first connects to a supported mobile network at a covered destination. There is no first-use deadline. Select the travel line for mobile data; your home operator sets the charges for its own line. Coverage depends on the local network and your location.
Short answers
Does unused data renew each day? No. These are total fixed allowances. Crossing a border does not refill the allowance or restart the clock.
Can I share the connection? Hotspot sharing is free on every Horizon plan. Your phone and connected devices use the same allowance.
