Europe Extended eSIM

Europe Extended includes Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia in one package, alongside the other destinations on its coverage list. Use one eSIM and one shared data allowance across those stops, without buying a separate Kosovo plan or switching eSIM profiles at each border.

The selected Europe Extended package covers 56 countries and territories: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Faroe Islands, United Kingdom, Georgia, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Isle of Man, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Moldova, Republic of, North Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Mayotte, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kosovo. This is a defined coverage zone, not a promise to cover every European country. Check your transit stops as well as your main destination before purchase.

Europe Extended is a separate package with a wider coverage list that includes Kosovo. The standard Europe + UK and Balkans offers remain separate choices with their own coverage and prices. Compare every stop on your route; their data allowances do not combine with Europe Extended.

Installing the profile does not start it. Validity does not start until the eSIM first connects to a supported mobile network in an included destination. If you use the eSIM in an included country on the way, Germany for example, before you reach Kosovo, those days already count towards the validity you chose.

No. The data amount you purchase is shared across all included destinations. Crossing from Croatia to Montenegro or Kosovo does not reset the balance or restart the validity. Choose a package for the whole journey and monitor its remaining data as you travel.

Hotspot sharing is free on every Horizon plan. On a compatible phone, turn on the personal hotspot and connect your laptop or a companion's device. Every connected device uses the same Europe Extended allowance, so count their video calls, downloads and navigation when you choose the data size.

No. Horizon fixed-data plans have no throttling. There is no daily limit that slows you down, so you can use your whole plan in one day if you need to. Your speed depends on the local network, your signal and how busy the network is. When your data allowance is used up, the plan stops rather than slowing down.

Yes. We always refund the full amount you paid when you request it, whether your eSIM is unused, partly used or fully used. There is no time limit for requesting a refund.
