Horizon’s Middle East eSIM covers seven countries with one shared fixed-data allowance: Egypt, Israel, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. The 10 GB / 30-day plan costs €15.50, giving travellers a useful option for an itinerary that stays within this exact country list.

Where the same package can serve your trip
The seven included countries are Egypt, Israel, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. An Istanbul–Cairo trip or a journey through Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman can use the same allowance at the included stops. Changing countries does not reset your data balance or extend the package's validity.
Jordan, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates are outside this package. For Amman or Dubai, arrange separate coverage before departure. The regional name alone is not enough to decide whether an eSIM fits a trip.

Horizon has the lower checked price in all five matched Nomad tiers shown here. For a thirty-day 10 GB package, Horizon is €6.03 below Nomad and €11.50 below Airalo. Those savings are useful only when the package covers every stop you need.
Coverage differences that can change the choice
Nomad's displayed MENA package lists ten countries, including Jordan, Bahrain, Morocco, Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates. Turkey and Oman are absent from that exact list. Airalo lists 13 countries, including Oman, Jordan, Bahrain, Iraq, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates; Turkey is absent.
Turkey is therefore a useful part of Horizon's particular regional package. For an Istanbul stop combined with Egypt or an included Gulf country, compare the total cost of covering the complete journey. For a route through Jordan or the UAE, a competitor's broader MENA package may fit better than buying separate coverage.
Unlimited data is a different comparison
Holafly Middle East sells unlimited data by duration and lists 11 countries. Its page specifies a 1 GB daily hotspot allowance. Compare its exact destination list, trip price and fair-use conditions with your expected usage.
Horizon's plans here have a fixed allowance and permit hotspot use within that allowance. A fixed package can suit maps, messaging and ordinary travel browsing; frequent video streaming may call for more data or a different product. This comparison does not announce a Horizon unlimited Middle East plan.
What the network list tells you
Horizon lists local partners such as Orange and Etisalat in Egypt, Hot Mobile and Pelephone in Israel, Ooredoo and Vodafone in Oman and Qatar, Mobily in Saudi Arabia, and Turk Telekom and Vodafone in Turkey. Multiple listed partners can give a package more than one supported network in a country, but they do not prove better speeds or uninterrupted service.
Your device, local signal, congestion and available roaming access still affect performance. Check the live network and coverage information on the product page. We have not carried out a comparative speed or reliability test against Nomad, Airalo or Holafly.
Choosing the allowance for your route
The 10 GB plan is a useful starting point for comparing the price of a multi-country trip. Smaller allowances reduce the initial spend; 20 GB provides more room for uploads and hotspot use. The right choice depends on how much mobile data you actually use.
