A Turkey–Egypt–Oman itinerary and a Dubai–Jordan itinerary need different Middle East eSIMs. The regional name is not a country list: a cheaper package is only useful if it includes your stops.
Prices and coverage checked 26 September 2026. Horizon's current Middle East package covers seven named destinations and includes instant support and free hotspot sharing. It has a lower listed 5 GB and 10 GB price than the checked Nomad, Airalo and Saily regional offers, but it excludes the UAE and Jordan.
5 GB and 10 GB: current 30-day prices
Each fixed offer below lasts 30 days and provides a total allowance. The country lists differ:
- Horizon Middle East: 5 GB €7.84; 10 GB €15.50.
- Nomad MENA: 5 GB €13.07; 10 GB €21.78.
- Airalo Middle East and North Africa, fixed data: 5 GB €16.50; 10 GB €27.00.
- Saily Middle East and North Africa: 5 GB €24.99; 10 GB €39.99.
At 10 GB, Horizon costs €6.28 less than Nomad, €11.50 less than Airalo and €24.49 less than Saily. These differences apply to the listed packages, not to an identical coverage footprint. For an Egypt–Qatar trip, all four fixed offers include both countries. For Turkey–Oman, Nomad's checked MENA list includes neither, while Airalo's includes Oman but not Turkey. A second purchase changes the total.
What each Middle East package actually includes
Horizon's current list is Egypt, Israel, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. It excludes the UAE, Jordan and Bahrain. The allowance is shared between the included destinations; a border crossing does not replenish the data or restart validity.
- Nomad MENA: Bahrain, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and the UAE. The checked product list excludes Turkey and Oman.
- Airalo MENA: Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and the UAE. Turkey is absent.
- Saily MENA: Algeria, Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Georgia, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia, Turkey and the UAE.
- Holafly Middle East, paid trip coverage: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the UAE. Kuwait and Bahrain are absent.

Two itineraries with different answers
Turkey, Egypt and Oman: Horizon covers all three in one shared allowance, as does Saily's checked regional package. At 5 GB / 30 days, Horizon's €7.84 price is €17.15 lower than Saily's €24.99. Dubai and Jordan: Horizon's current Middle East package fits neither stop. Airalo, Nomad, Saily and Holafly list both in their selected regional offers. Compare those against the actual cost of separate UAE and Jordan purchases. Do not buy Horizon MENA because its headline price is lower and assume it covers Dubai.

A short break, a longer stay or more data
Horizon lists 1 GB / 7 days at €1.73, 3 GB / 7 days at €4.49 and 5 GB / 7 days at €7.49. For the same 5 GB total, the 30-day option costs €0.35 more. Choose the longer validity if travel delays or a longer stay would push you beyond seven days.
Horizon also lists 3 GB / 30 days at €4.78 and 20 GB / 30 days at €30.82. Nomad's checked 20 GB / 30 days is €39.20, Airalo's €43.00 and Saily's €48.99. Coverage still comes first; unused data cannot help in an excluded destination.
For light use, 1 GB may cover a small trip budget, but video, cloud backups and hotspot sharing can use it quickly. Download maps on Wi-Fi and check usage during the trip. See regional versus country plans before buying several allowances you may not use.
Unlimited data, hotspot limits and buying ahead
Holafly's official duration table quotes 7 days of unlimited phone data at US$41.90. It allows 1 GB per day of hotspot sharing and describes possible temporary operator fair-use speed reductions. This seven-day USD offer is not used in the 30-day EUR savings calculations. Its Always On backup country list is separate from the paid Middle East trip list above.
Horizon allows free hotspot sharing within the purchased allowance, without an extra daily hotspot cap. Nomad and Airalo support tethering subject to device and network conditions. Saily states no additional hotspot limit for its fixed regional offer.
Horizon validity begins at first connection to a supported network. Nomad states a 60-day activation deadline after purchase; Saily states automatic activation after 180 days if unused. Saily also says this MENA plan cannot be purchased from within the UAE. Arrange the selected package before arrival and read its instructions.
Instant support and price evidence
Horizon includes instant support for setup, mobile-data settings and connection questions. Check device compatibility, confirm the phone is unlocked and install over a stable internet connection. Contact Horizon to check the current Middle East package against every stop before buying.
