Keep a Nadi pickup, a Denarau boat booking or a Suva meeting within reach with a Fiji data-only eSIM. Access depends on your device and local conditions. Save outer-island transfers before leaving the mainland.
Fiji itineraries often begin on Viti Levu, but they do not all stay there. Nadi is the main international gateway on the west, Suva is the capital on the south-eastern coast, and the Mamanuca and Yasawa islands involve separate boat or flight arrangements. A family stay near Lautoka, a work visit in Suva and several nights on a small island each need a different data budget. The same country name on the plan does not make reception uniform across the archipelago.

Use Wi-Fi to install the profile before travelling, after checking eSIM compatibility and that the handset is unlocked. Nadi International Airport is outside Nadi town; save whether your driver is heading to a west-coast hotel, Port Denarau or another part of Viti Levu. In Fiji, enable the travel line, make it the mobile-data line and apply its roaming settings. Installing the profile does not start the validity period; it starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in Fiji. Have your next island's confirmation downloaded before starting the transfer.

Pick the profile closest to your trip. The estimate assumes normal use — maps, messaging, photos, a short call home.
As a rule of thumb, a 3–4 day city break runs on about 1–3 GB, a one-week trip on 3–5 GB, a two-week multi-country tour on 8–12 GB, and working on the road takes about 1 GB a day, so 15 GB or more for two weeks.
In total, a 3 GB data allowance covers roughly 1,000 shared photos, 50 hours of social media and browsing, 8.8 hours of video calls, 38 hours of music streaming, or about 600 hours of maps and navigation. Messaging apps barely use data.
Nadi · City guide
Nadi's airport, town centre and accommodation districts are different pickup destinations. A family member or transfer desk needs your actual lodging name rather than simply “Nadi.” Save the collection instructions before flying and use a connection, where available, to confirm changes after baggage collection.
Nadi eSIM — set up before you flySuva · City guide
Suva is on the other side of Viti Levu from the principal international gateway. An appointment here needs an onward road or domestic-flight plan, not an assumption that the capital is beside Nadi Airport. Keep the office entrance, accommodation and transfer details as distinct saved locations.
Suva eSIM — set up before you flyLautoka · City guide
Lautoka lies north of Nadi on Viti Levu's western side. A stay with relatives may involve several household addresses beyond the centre. Ask for the final road directions and a recognisable meeting landmark, especially if the driver meeting your flight is unfamiliar with the family's neighbourhood.
Lautoka eSIM — set up before you flyDenarau · City guide
Port Denarau near Nadi is a departure point for trips towards the Mamanuca and Yasawa islands. A resort reception and a boat check-in are separate meeting points even when both are described as Denarau. Store the operator's instructions, baggage arrangements and destination-island name before going to the port.
Denarau eSIM — set up before you flyWhy Horizon
A few accommodation changes can create more online tasks than several days at one property: revised pickups, boarding instructions and confirmation messages all need room in the allowance. Horizon includes free personal hotspot sharing, including a companion's device on a compatible handset; shared use draws from your Fiji data. Horizon fixed-data plans have no throttling. Check the displayed validity against every overnight stay and the final airport transfer. Reserve large media uploads for accommodation Wi-Fi if the available fixed allowance needs to cover the whole route.

No. Suva is the capital, on the south-eastern side of Viti Levu. Nadi is the principal international arrival area on the west. Check which city your meetings or family arrangements are in before booking the transfer.
The Yasawas are part of Fiji, so travelling there does not add a new country. Reception still depends on the exact island and location, and mobile data should not be assumed during boat journeys between island stops.
No. A land-mobile plan does not establish service at sea. Save the operator's boarding information and accommodation contact while ashore, including what happens if the sailing changes or you arrive later than expected.
Nausori serves the Suva area, while Nadi is on western Viti Levu. Check the airport named on your ticket and give the receiving driver that name and flight details. A Nadi pickup booking does not serve a Nausori arrival.
Samoa and Tonga are separate destinations. Their proximity within a wider Pacific itinerary does not include them in a Fiji country plan. Arrange the relevant destination data for each stop before departing Fiji.
Confirm the accommodation's actual internet arrangements before committing to online meetings. Island reception, weather-related disruption and local infrastructure can affect access. Keep work files downloaded and agree a fallback with colleagues.
It is a data-only service without a local number, ordinary calls or SMS. If your boat organiser or driver expects a telephone call, agree another contact arrangement before arrival rather than relying on this profile for voice service.
No. Horizon fixed-data plans have no throttling. There is no daily limit that slows you down, so you can use your whole plan in one day if you need to. Your speed depends on the local network, your signal and how busy the network is. When your data allowance is used up, the plan stops rather than slowing down.
