Kigali spreads across hills and valleys, and a meeting in the business area around Nyarugenge is not the same address as an appointment in the administrative area of Kacyiru. Around Musanze, the town hotel, Kinigi park headquarters and nearby lodging also need separate pins. On Lake Kivu, specify Rubavu or Karongi instead of saving one generic lake marker; Rusizi is farther south.

Not necessarily. Musanze is the town, while Kinigi has the park headquarters and nearby lodging.
Which Lake Kivu town should I save?
Save the town on the accommodation or transfer reservation. Rubavu or Gisenyi is in the north, Karongi farther along the shore and Rusizi in the south. Add the exact entrance and next collection point rather than relying on one lake marker.
How should I plan data for meetings plus an outdoor stay?
Kigali meeting days may use messages, attachments, maps and internet calls. A Musanze, Kinigi or Lake Kivu stage adds organiser updates and intended media uploads, but a destination listing does not promise service at every outdoor point.
