For 21 days through the UK, France, Switzerland and Italy with about 10 GB and hotspot, Horizon’s Europe 10 GB / 30-day plan costs €7.27. All four countries are included. The 10 GB is shared across the trip, not renewed at each border. Albania, Kosovo and Turkey are outside this Horizon Europe bundle; compare the full route before paying.
Horizon update, 1 November 2026: Europe + Kosovo includes Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Croatia, Hungary, Germany and Austria on one shared allowance. 10 GB / 30 days costs €17.79; 3 GB / 15 days costs €8.19. It is a separate choice from the Balkans package, which still excludes Kosovo. A separate Kosovo purchase remains an option when using that Balkans package; it is no longer the only Horizon approach to this route. Check every stop on the live list.
Horizon plans include free hotspot from the purchased data pool. Horizon fixed-data plans have no throttling. Validity starts on the first connection to a supported network; there is no first-use deadline. Human support is available 24/7 in all languages, with guaranteed instant replies. Full refunds are available on request, used or unused, with no time limit. An instant reply does not promise instant resolution.

Matched fixed-data prices
| Provider | 5 GB / 30 days | 10 GB / 30 days |
|---|---|---|
| Horizon | €3.72 | €7.27 |
| Nomad | €15.62 | €20.52 |
| Airalo | €18.00 | €28.50 |
| Saily | €17.49 | €31.99 |
All EUR table prices buy a total allowance for 30 days. Coupons, partner discounts and future cashback are excluded. A lower price does not establish better reception or identical coverage.
Other checked offers
Ubigi Europe lists €15 for 10 GB / 30 days. MobiMatter / Sparks Europe Special lists US$10.49 for 10 GB / 30 days with hotspot. Both list the UK, France, Switzerland and Italy. Keep the USD quote separate from the EUR comparison.
Longer validity can change the answer
Horizon’s 20 GB / 30-day plan was €14.37, and its 20 GB / 90-day plan was also €14.37 at this check. The 90-day version gives the same total data over a longer window; it is not 20 GB per month. Nomad’s checked 20 GB / 30-day offer was €24.09 on sale, and Airalo’s was €44.50.
For heavier use, the picture is less uniform. Horizon’s 50 GB / 30-day and 50 GB / 90-day offers were €35.64 each. Nomad advertised 50 GB / 30 days at €31.23 on sale, while Airalo listed 50 GB / 30 days at €64.50 and 50 GB / 90 days at €92.00. Saily listed 50 GB / 90 days at €85.49. Nomad’s sale was cheaper for the 50 GB / 30-day comparison; Horizon’s 90-day option becomes a different decision for a longer journey. These larger allowances are total pools, not daily quotas.
London, Paris, Switzerland and Italy on one route
Horizon’s checked Europe plan includes 33 countries, including the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland and Italy. That covers the country sequence for London → Paris → Zürich → Milan without buying a separate country allowance at each stop. Local signal still determines whether you can connect in a tunnel or on a mountain pass.
The other product lists are not identical. Nomad’s quoted option is its 35-country Europe plan, Airalo’s is its 41-country Europe plan and Saily publishes a 35-country European list. A country count alone does not prove that Turkey, Albania or Kosovo is included. Horizon’s Europe package does not include those three; use the Balkans comparison for a route heading southeast, and add a separate Kosovo plan if needed.
Size the allowance around the days you leave Wi-Fi
For a two-week trip, start with your phone’s recent mobile-data usage and subtract downloads you can move to accommodation Wi-Fi. Navigation, messaging and transport tickets often need less data than automatic photo backup or video. A 10 GB total allowance spread over 14 days averages about 0.71 GB per day; that arithmetic is a planning aid, not a promise about anyone’s usage.
If you expect laptop work, count it separately. Hotspot shares the same allowance with your computer, whose updates and backups can consume data in the background. A larger fixed pool can suit irregular busy days, while an unlimited plan deserves a closer look when daily use is consistently high. Compare its hotspot allowance and speed policy as well as its price.
When a country plan makes more sense
If your entire trip stays in one country, compare its local plan first. The France comparison and Italy comparison show why buying a larger geographic footprint can cost more than necessary. Choose a regional product when you will use its extra coverage, and check every overnight and transit country before paying.
How Holafly’s unlimited option compares
Holafly’s Europe product page published a 7-day unlimited plan at US$27.50 in its USD duration table. That is a different allowance, duration and currency from the fixed 30-day EUR offers above, so we do not calculate a percentage saving against it. Check the selected currency and trip length before checkout.
The page specifies 1 GB per day for hotspot sharing, and says network fair-use measures can temporarily reduce speed. Unlimited handset data may suit heavy phone use; it does not mean unlimited tethering or the same speed in every situation. Horizon’s fixed plans support hotspot using the purchased data pool.
Instant support with your Horizon plan
Horizon includes instant support for setup and connection questions. Use Horizon support if you need help installing the eSIM, selecting it for mobile data or understanding the plan before you travel. Keep your order details handy so the team can help with the right purchase.
Before buying, check device compatibility and that your phone is unlocked. Install with a stable internet connection, follow the plan’s activation instructions, and review the live Europe plans for the current price and coverage.
How the prices were checked
This is a Horizon-authored comparison. Research date: 13 October 2026. Editorial owner: Lurian Kasumaj. Fixed-plan prices are public EUR quotes from the providers’ own product pages, with 5 GB or 10 GB total data and 30-day validity. Public sale prices are included where labelled. Account rewards, subscriptions, affiliate coupons and first-order discounts are excluded. Regional country lists can differ even when allowance and validity match.
Every provider name in the comparison links to its source. Holafly’s separately reported USD quote is left in its published currency, without an exchange-rate conversion. Prices can change after this check; the linked product page and checkout take precedence. This research compares published offers and features, not measured network performance or support response times.
